Matt Baird
Matt works in partnership with the sector to build relationships between providers and inspire real change for tenants and services.
As an ethical social housing recruiter and talent partner with over 14 years' experience, he successfully places talent from Officers to Executives, by becoming an extension of those he partners with.
Alongside this, Matt is a board member of Spring Housing and a keynote speaker, often hosting and chairing events in the sector.
