Tenancy Services Manager

Avalon is currently supporting a Public Sector organisation in Oxfordshire to recruit a Tenancy Services Manager.

The Opportunity:

The successful candidate will deliver the operational implementation and have oversight of all housing management activities.

There will also be a requirement to conduct policy changes, ensuring compliance with housing standards, and leading a team to achieve high performance.

The successful candidate will:

• Work with tenants, internal and external stakeholders, to oversee the co-production, development and implementation of policies or procedure.
• Provided oversight and leadership to the teams of Area Housing Managers and other staff to ensure staff are working in line with all regulatory aspects of the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023.
• Ensure all operational activity is compliant with the housing standards through monitoring of performance, identification of improvements required and implementation of any required changes.
• Review tenant satisfaction and other performance metrics.
• Ensure effective planning and resource management to deliver excellent customer service.
