Senior Asset Surveyor

Avalon is currently recruiting for a Senior Asset Surveyor for a Not-For-Profit organisation in Hertfordshire.

The Opportunity:

To lead on the commission and management of various professional services, delivery of the stock condition programme, manage resident permissions and diagnose and resolve complex issues.

The successful candidate will:

• Take ownership and manage a small team to collate data
• Own and manage the end-to-end process for property permissions and Aids & Adaptations, from application to completion, ensuring compliance
• Manage unique and complex works delivery
• Investigate building issues and defects and recommend remedial actions
• Ensure HHSRS actions are classified correctly by stock condition surveyors
• Act as a senior point of contact for residents in relation to technical issues, ensuring clear and prompt communication and resolution

Further information:

• Permanent
• £58,000 per annum
• Hybrid working
